 We offer a warranty for the plating and stones of the jewelry in proper use, for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. 

To protect the plating over time, you should avoid wearing the jewelry while, bathing or and avoid contact with perfumes, hair sprays, and other beauty products.

It is recommended to store the jewelry in a dry place and not in bathrooms.

If for any reason the pieces you bought do not meet your
expectations, let us know, we will work with you to make it
right!
You may return any unused item you purchased, for a refund
or exchange, within 30 days after receipt of the goods.
Please return the items, using standard registered parcel
service (NOT EMS/express Service – ask for the cheapest
service with a tracking number or customs number).
